What if I don’t sell my listing immediately?
The SmartSite stays live for the entire campaign, whether that's 30 days or 6 months. There's no time limit or expiry - once it's built, it's yours to use as long as the listing is active.
If the property doesn't sell in your expected timeframe, the SmartSite continues working for you:

Are there ongoing fees or maintenance?
No ongoing fees are attached to individual Klosed SmartSites once they are created. Everything related to your listing is included in the initial investment.
